Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item received was defective or incorrect

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Digital downloads or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-refundable
